Batory Foods’ approach differed from its competitors; the company engaged me to bring that message to the world of fine ingredients.   

DELIVERABLES: Competitive analysis, customer research, customer personas, vision, mission and values, talk points for sales, messaging, strategic imperatives, tactics, content strategy. 

HOW: Worked closely with the VP of Marketing; led executives through discovery sessions, brand exercises and persona mapping sessions.
